BIDDING
We will do the necessary research to bid your project, offering a fair price and the expertise to construct your building. If awarded your project you can count on Micham Inc. to exceed your expectations, delivering quality craftsmanship on time and within budget.
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
All of our work includes tracking of project specific Request for Information (RFI’s), Proposal Request, Change Orders, Submittals and Project Close-out documents.
LEASE LEASE-BACK
Micham, Inc. offers full-service Lease-Lease Back services working with your architectural team. Our goal on Lease-Lease Back projects is to deliver a project that meets your needs, budget, and schedule without compromising the quality of the project.
